If you want to make your life healthier, if you have lot of free time, even if you are just bored-try working out. You will be more happy, fitter and what is the most important thing you will feel better in your own skin.
It doesn’t mean you need to join some club. Just pack some things, go to park or go outside in your garden and start working out.
Few things that you would need as a newbie:
- gym gloves
- set of weight
- medicine ball
- fitness bottle
- (it would be great if you had a bicycle, you can organise ride with your friends once in week)
You can find some really cool work-out exercises on internet. So just move yourself and start doing something.
